Two weeks to go!
"Disneyitis" and the following I compiled from the internet(mostly).
You Know You are Obsessed with Disneyland When...
(*** = I relate to this too well)
People roll their eyes whenever you bring DLand up. ***
You keep the Disney bags that the store give you after you
purchased something.
You can walk somewhere and suddenly notice..."OMG it
smells like Pirates of the Caribbean"! ***
You annoy your friends with all of your knowledge of
DLand. ***
U can relate anything to DLand in some way.
You spend your days planning out everything to do for your
next trip when it isn't for another 6 months!
Every time you go through the main gate you grab a map,
even though you already have two!
You watch the Disney Channel even if you don't like the
show thats on,you want to see the Mickey head in the
corner of the screen.
You have a shrine in your bedroom dedicated to DLand.
Your parents say "you're going to Disneyland agaaaaaaain?!
A friend ask you to plan a DLand trip for them!
Anyone talks about DLand you keep talking long after their
interest is gone.
You refer to employees as “Cast Members” and to customers
as “Guests”.
You save all your receipts, since each is imprinted with
the word "Disneyland".
You get misty eyed thinking about the Peoplemover. ***
You instinctively know which way to slide in your
DoomBuggy so the hitchhiking ghost will be sitting next to
you.
You open a highly pressurized bottle of soda and the
hissing sound instantly reminds you of the doors opening
(or closing) on the Monorail.
You buy a take home container of popcorn, on your way out,
so you can smell Main Street on the trip home!!!
Your significant other makes you choose between having a
relationship with them or going to Disneyland, your status
changes to “single”.
You have seriously considered moving to be closer to the
one you love...Disneyland. ***
Everytime you go to The Park you wear a PeopleMover pin in
protest. ***
There are a lot more but theres only so much time in one day.
